  • Iliotibial band syndrome: The iliotibial band is a tissue that runs from your hip to the outer part of your knee.IT band can become inflamed when you overexert your body.
  • Osgood-Schlatter disease: This disease usually happens when you’re in your teen years, and when your body is still going through the process of change.
    Osgood-Schlatter disease can cause a very painful bump just below your knee. This disease is fairly common among teenagers, and the ache in your knee can come and go over time
