  3. Focus your energy on the source of tension. It is usually the harder part, but you need to visualize and locate the tension. Whether it is on your chest, leg or head, focus and find the pressure point and push it down. When you breathe deeply and slowly repeatedly together with relaxing and contracting your body muscles, the tension will be released out of the body.
  4. Once you are done, visualize, and begin to imagine until you feel comfortable, safe and at peace. Do not relent as long as the feelings you get are positive. Enjoy the sensations and emotions. If you cannot do it alone, get a professional to help you with the process.
